How it works

Search. Load credits. Buy. Call the family.

No county contract and no minimum. If you can filter a spreadsheet, you can work the marketplace.

1.

Search your market

Filter open records by state, county and time since death. You see the city, age at death, heir count and price before you spend anything.

2.

One owner per record

Each record is assigned to a single client. No shared lists, no nine investors calling the same grieving family in the same week.

3.

Buy what you need

Pick one record or three hundred. The moment you buy, the record leaves the marketplace and can't be sold to anyone else.

4.

Lands in Dashboard

Decedent details, the property they owned, values, open mortgage and liens, plus contact data for up to five first-degree relatives — ready for your dialer.

EXCLUSIVE BY DESIGN

Sold once. Then it's gone.

The marketplace runs on the same data our subscribers receive. These are the records no subscriber has claimed yet. They're listed for a short window, and each one goes to exactly one buyer.

  • A record you buy is removed from the marketplace instantly

  • No other buyer, subscriber or list vendor gets it after you

  • Unsold records come off the marketplace when their window closes

Every record goes to one buyer. We don't cap the counties you search; we only cap who gets each record.

PRICING

You see the price before you buy.

Every record is priced individually between $0.70 and $1.75, depending on how recent the death is and the market it's in. The freshest records cost the most because they're worth the most: you reach the family before anyone else does.

This is a Paragraph Font

Two ways to buy the same data.

Subscribers get first claim on every record in their counties. The marketplace is where the rest goes, record by record.

QUESTIONS

Before You Buy

Where does the data come from?

A privately accessed source that populates our database within 24–48 hours of a passing. It is unpublished and not resold from court records, which is why it reaches you months before a probate filing exists.

Is it really exclusive?

Yes — every plan is 100% exclusive. Each record is assigned to one client and is never resold. We don't limit how many counties you draw from; we limit who gets the record.

How is this different from probate leads at $99 per month?

Probate leads for $99 are public court filings, sold to everyone in your county, months after the family has begun making decisions. You're paying less because you're buying a list your competitors already have.

What exactly is a record?

Decedent name, DOB, date of passing, last known mailing address; the property owned with owner and co-owner, current market and assessed value, origination date and amount, open mortgage and lien holders, lot size and square footage; plus contact data for up to five first-degree relatives.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

What if my county is not avaiable?

We'll tell you straight away and hold your place for it. Most subscribers start with an adjacent county that's open and move when a seat frees up.

Who is this for?

Agents, brokers, investors and wholesalers who work motivated-seller inventory and want to be first in the market rather than 50th on the list.

Search your county before someone else does.
