  • Nobody to make the calls. Early data with no follow-up is money set on fire. We do offer VAs if that's the gap.
  • Looking for the cheapest list. We're not the cheapest; we're the earliest and the only exclusive one.
  • Wanting to resell the records. Exclusivity works because it's enforced in both directions.

How do I know if my county is available?

That's the call. Availability changes as markets are claimed, so we check it live rather than publishing a map that's wrong by Friday.

What does it cost?

Plans are monthly and sized by how many records you want per month, plus a one-time setup fee. We'll give you exact numbers on the call once we know your market — no bait pricing.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It's monthly and you can cancel. The trade is that when you leave, your county goes back on the board.

Is this the same as probate leads?

No. Probate leads are public court filings sold to every subscriber in your county, months after the death. Ours come from a private source within 24–48 hours of the passing and are assigned to one client. See the full comparison.

Can I try a sample first?

We'll show you real records from your market on the call. We don't hand out sample files — every record belongs to somebody the moment it exists.
